1.1 Normal Report (top)

1.1.1 Companies :

We furnish the following:

	exact name or tradename, the address and telephone and fax number
	information which is provided by the Trade Register, fiscal offices (if possible) and the Collections Office.
	general inquiry is made into the business activities of the company and the number of employees known. Published figures and principal business activities in Switzerland and abroad. References from suppliers and financiers.
	number and identity of the administrators.
	formulate a credit opinion and future development possibilities

We furnish the following :

	forename, address and telephone number
	on the individual received by the Population Office and the Collections Office.
	inquiry with the actual employer and if necessary with a former employer is made and a conclusion is formulated.
	check if the subject in question is a member of a company listed in the Trade Register
	possible we also furnish any fiscal information available
	formulate an opinion (personal and credit) on the basis of the information gathered.

1.3 Inquiry with the employer (top)

This is an inquiry which is made on an individual engaged with a company. It is to confirm the following :

	employer
	held by the subject of the inquiry
	of entry with the company
	history and any other known facts
	way in which business is dealt with

1.4 In-depth Report (top)

This report has all the information which is contained in a normal inquiry for both individuals and companies but also includes the following :

	shareholders, when the company was founded, the present board
	nature and the % of the participation held
	the company is a part of one or several groups
	eventual press articles release
	in % of business activities in the field
	identity of the main administrators
	management members
	any of the administrators are members of any other companies
	turnover and the market prospects

1.5 International Report (top)

An international report gives information on companies, one-man operations and industrial exploitation throughout the world, if they are listed in the country's Trade Registers in the usual way. Information on individuals is also available, despite the restrictions in certain countries (protection of the individual).

Our correspondents worldwide are under constant control to keep up our standards of information and delays. We offer well-founded and precise reports on business relations and special credit requirements.

The international report can be supplied in normal, express or super-express service.

2.1 Population Office (top)

This determines the identity of an individual as well as his legal and fiscal domicile. We list the following elements, according to the availability of information given by the Population Office :

	name
	of birth
	status
	of origin and of birth
	residence
	residence
	date that the papers were lodged

2.2 Collections Office (top)

According to which canton is affected, the Collections Offices requires a proof of interest to be included in the inquiry (Art. 8 of the federal law on collections of debts and bankruptcy). If possible, we supply information regarding the state of the litigations of the subject in question, his legal and fiscal domicile. An evaluation of the personal situation and our credit opinion made.

2.3 Trade Register (top)

In the eventuality that an individual or a company is listed in the Trade Register we furnish the following information :

	name or tradename
	seat and place of business
	of foundation (inscription in the Trade Register)
	share capital of joint stock companies ; limited company, etc.
	objective of the company
	functions of the members, their nationality and domicile
	powers

2.4 Control of Address (top)

We control the address given by the client with our data banks and with various other sources. This does not mean that the address which is supplied is the legal or fiscal domicile. The Control of Address is complementary to the Collections Office which guarantees the exact legal address of the subject in question.

2.5 Succinct Inquiry (top)

It determines the following :

	real business activities of the individual or company
	of employees of the company
	way in which business matters are handled
	situation
	credit opinion

2.6 Fiscal Information (top)

In certain cantons in Switzerland the information on Revenues are kept officially secret. If available, we supply the latest fiscal information on individual or companies. If it is provisory, the tax figures for the preceding year are supplied.

2.7 Telephone Inquiries (top)

This enables the client to have essential information on the subject instantly, taken from our data banks. Giving you the possibility to inquire from your office, car or from a conference.

2.8 Archives Inquiry (top)

These reports give you a general idea, but are under no circumstances to be taken into consideration, while deciding on important business relations or credits. Additional and actual information would be necessary, for example, an up-to-date report from the Collections Office.

2.9 Real Estate Registry (top)

This gives you the information if the private person or company is the proprietor of any real estate. Where it is situated, what the fiscal, actual or other value is. If the said land is encumbered with mortgages and to what extent.

2.13 Enterprise Report (top)

The Enterprise Report is only supplied to the subscribers of the "Gold" service. Its field of investigation is that of companies which are listed in the Trade Register. It does not include one-man companies or individual persons

With the aid of our data banks, archives, a specific inquiry and reference we are able to determine the following :

	figures (approximate or exact if they are publicized)
	number of employees and, if possible, whether they are full-time, part-time, seasonal or apprentices)
	suppliers and principal customers
	the enterprise subcontracts or not
	or Swiss business activities

	belonging to a group or a holding company

2.14 Financial Report (top)

The Financial Report is only supplied to those subscribed to the "Gold" service. It's field of investigation covers companies which are listed in the Trade Register. It does not include one-man companies or individuals.

With the aid of our data bank, we are able to determine the following elements :
